Semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Belongs to the rindless cheese group, matures in vacuum-packed polyethylene bags within 2 months. Matured cheese is characterized by a pronounced delicate flavor without off-flavors. It has a light yellow color and a porous exterior. Available in flat round heads with diameters of 17 cm and 10 cm. Used as an appetizer.
