Chanakh
Traditional Armenian cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. Matured and stored in brine. The cheese is soft and porous, ranging from white to light yellow in color. Matured cheese is characterized by a pronounced sharp, salty taste and a unique aroma. Available in 4-6 kg square and 1-1.2 kg rectangular heads. Sold in plastic buckets with brine. Used as an appetizer.

Storage
Store in brine at temperatures from 0°C to +8°C and relative humidity of 80-85%.
